Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act

The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (FFATA) requires that information on federal awards be made available to the public on USASpending.gov. Under FFATA, prime grant award and contract recipients must report sub-award activity and executive compensation. The Grants Management Office is committed to helping state agency award recipients comply with all FFATA requirements.

Transparency in Federal Spending: Meeting the FFATA Mandate

On June 9, 2014, the Grants Management Office hosted the federal Office of Management and Budget's Karen Lee for a presentation on the requirements of FFATA. The webinar, which includes step-by instructions on how to submit reports in FSRS.
